That ASU team was better than either of the Texas teams Taysom beat.

Honestly, it was better than any of Taysom’s wins. The Texas wins were really fun just like Feterik’s wins over ‘98 ASU and ‘99 Washington. That’s what I meant by fun P5 wins.

Taysom’s Utah St. win in 2012 is way underrated. It was BYU’s highest ranked win (final ranking) since Feterik’s win over ASU in ‘97.

No question Taysom was a better athlete, but the results? Very much Feterik.
