Hill's issue at BYU was that he couldn't stay healthy. That really stunted his growth as a QB. He looked incredible in the Nebraska game before his season ending injury, according the Steve Young.
I think there is a good chance that Hill > Doman. Young said multiple times that Hill is a bigger, faster, stronger version of himself. Put Hill and Luke Staley in the same backfield? That would be crazy good. But you can't argue with Doman's 12-2 season. He also gets street cred for beating Utah and sending Lavell out a winner.
I hope Hill's potential plays out even better in the NFL, like Young. We should find out this year.

Young was never the strongest lifter pound for pound like Taysom was in college and is in the NFL...
