Plus, I think some of the young talents on the Celtics would not progress as quickly next year if Kyrie and Hayward are healthy, taking up minutes, shots, etc.

And all of that is, like you said, contingent on both Kyrie and Hayward being 100% healthy, which is a question mark.

All things considered, I'd bet against the Celtics. Which doesn't mean they aren't in a better position than 28 other teams right now.
