That sounds ideal. My kids would go with Israel (so far) I think Mediterranean
They loved the food. Found the history and archeticure at least interesting and different. And there were plenty of hikes and swimming (pools, Red Sea, Dead Sea, jordan River, Mediterranean) to keep them entertained.
