Hayward isn't getting traded
Ainge doesn't want to trade a player they signed in free agency one year later. It's a bad precedent that future free agents would hold against the Celtics

No matter what happens with Hayward this summer, I just hope he ends up in a place he doesn't want to be. Like Cleveland

Better yet, he gets traded to Cleveland and the Cavs sign Deron Williams out of free agency to fill out their roster.
