I mean sure, but the 1 and 2 are still playing Switzerland or Brazil
Both are incredibly hard first round outs
and I'm not sure Brazil will even be the 1st seed, they played the swiss to a draw. It's a total toss up about which place is better in group f
of course Germany would've rather won the game, both for pride and ease of going forward, but it isn't the end of the world
