Cafe Rio
I read a lot of posts on here that Cafe Rio is overrated. For a long time I disagreed, but I thought about it for a minute and now I've decided that maybe it is, but it's still the best Mexican food you can find in Utah County.
Personally, when I go I like to get the pulled pork burrito. I haven't had many other burritos there but I think the pulled pork is probably the best. My secret is that I get a couple of those ranch sauces on the side and pour it over top. My wife says that's gross, but she really doesn't know what she's missing out on.

I like Cafe Rio, not great food, but good food. Used to be better, it has gone down hill. But...it is NOT Mexican food.
