Try out this place if you're in the SLC area. It's very good and according to my co-worker who grew up in the Sonora region of Mexico, the most authentic restaurant she's been to in the area.

I've made a recipe that's called "Al Pastor", and it's pretty good. Maybe it's more adobada, I don't know.
