This is not good for the program. What really troubles me is that there are lots and lots of folks on staff who should be more than capable of putting this together right. It sounds like some of the folks on staff need to go. This kind of thing should be a well oiled machine that a couple of good interns from the business college could put together and then hand off to the staff to run.
I'm really glad that you sent feedback to BYU on this. I hope that the right people get the message and do something with it.
