And people need to stop acting like that's a horrible, unacceptable thing.
Who do you think BYU is? Why would you expect them to start hiring guys with FBS head coach experience? FCS? Maybe, but they'd probably go for an FBS coordinator/AHC. BYU isn't about to start forking over the money for guys who already have HC experience and are legit candidates.
