I wish that Bronco had mentored a coach that would have stayed on. Instead,

everyone left with him. Sitake was very green and hired a very green staff (inexperienced). TH brought in an inexperienced OC. Experience is very important and we had very, very little. Going 9-4 that first season set up the 2017 debacle of a season — mainly because nobody thought that things needed to change/get better (complacency).
