they have a few CoCoIchibanya's and they used to have Mos Burgers at Waikiki.
One CoCo is at AlaMoana mall just outside of the Food Court toward the ocean side parking lot. There is one on the corner of McCully and Kapiolani and one in Pearl City. There may be more but those are the ones I know. Mos Burgers used to be in Waikiki but I have not looked for it the last several times I was on Oahu.
