This would be the way to increase the enrollment at BYU without having to
increase the size of the campus. Do the Salt Lake Center in the place with the next largest concentration of members that currently has no church school. Where? The Mesa/Gilbert area.
The East Valley has the highest number of members in short commuting distance of one location (the Mesa/Gilbert area, not counting Phoenix and the West Valley). There are nearly 60 stakes in this area. There is no place in the church (that is not currently served by a CES college) with more members who would live within a 20-minute drive of a campus.
Provide the services where the need currently exists.
