I have no idea what you're talking about.
When people say they don't like or want to live in Utah, I'm assuming most are talking about that they don't like the culture in a state where there are large pockets were over 50% of the population is LDS. I like being LDS and it's fine, but there's something different about it when it's the majority of the people are the same religion. It's a different experience in Utah than almost any other state out there.

I prefer being LDS in a different state. Where it is the minority. Where it is now part of the local culture.

Which is fine. Live there if you want. I'll chose not to. And we'll both be happy that we don't live by each other. Great.

But insinuating that because I've only lived here for school that I don't really know what the people and culture are like? That it must be completely different if I just set up roots and moved to Draper for 3 years? Nothing would change.
