Yes. However, most people point out the way we say mountain as something
that is out of the ordinary. Specifically those from California. What they end up doing is purposely emphasize the t instead of doing the glottal stop to prove their superiority. The glottal stop with mountain is actually the more common pronunciation in the United States. To prove this I just point to any YouTube video with reviews on mountain bikes and you can hear how they say mountain from states all across the country.
