Tuiaki was a giving his job based on loyalty to Sitake...

Sitake has shot off his own foot with some pretty ridiculous hires, and yes he should have NEVER allowed the Detmer hire to happen. If it was forced upon him, he shouldn't have taken the job.

Sitake has made some good changes lately, but he will need will need to dump his DC here soon if the DC and defense, don't start to up their game by a lot.
