It was going to Simon, and Hoge just didn't see the LB. However, had the LB
turned around he would have had an easy chance at the interception himself. It was not a good throw by any measure.
However, I liked the spark and mobility Hoge brought to the team that game and was surprised by the move the RB this summer.
