Agree. Aren't all plays done with the intent to deceive?
The snap count, fake handoffs, reverses, quarterbacks looking off receivers. I'm a little confused as to how this is somehow not kosher.

Again, you can shift all you want before the snap as long as you're set and ina legal formation when the ball is snapped
