Maybe if you own a house. We could just as easily put less expensive Realestate as a reason we’re better. Berkeley is a cool town and I do like the people there. However, like the 4 seasons and lifestyle of Utah better.

The expensive Realestate is more about the lack of new construction, then it is quality of life.
