I'd call it a serious deficiency if
the scheme just wasn't setting up big plays (like last year) or if receivers weren't getting separation, or the QB never saw the separation, but I don't think that's the case.
While drops are inexcusable and can be contagious, I'd rather that be the issue than what I just mentioned. I will take it.
And frankly I'm thrilled with the improvement of the offense and how close we are to putting it together.
