We've seen Tanner deliver accurate passes and the receivers catch. It sounds like they do ok in practice. It seems like in games they are so tightly wound on pass plays they just can't execute. One of the underrated roles of a coaching staff is to act as team shrinks at times. I believe they have to figure out how to get the entire O's mind right when it comes to the pass game.
