This argument is. Heck, in my own family we can't play a game of cards without the adrenaline kicking in and people putting up a fight. Don't tell me a group of high end d1 athletes don't have the competitive fire to go out and play regardless of whether or not they have a worthless mwc title to play for. I've seen these guys get fired up over missing questions on quizzes in class. It's definitely not a "nothing to play for" thing.
