The vast majority of JC guys are still guys that didn't like their offers out of high school, transferred from a higher level school, or just needed more development. I think some of the better JC guys of the Bronco era like Robertson Daniel/Brian Logan/Wesley fit into that category. Those types of guys would still be recruitable based on what that post says.
