He does not possess the length or leaping ability of a shot blocker, and he's not much of a rebounder either. So saying that he is athletic or has soft touch is flat out inaccurate. I also disagree with your claim that he has potential. The guy averaged 10 ppg his senior year of high school somewhere in Wisconsin.

Now, that being said, the coaches love him for good reasons, and I do think he improves the team, but most of his contributions come off the court in the locker room or at practice. His best on-court ability that I can think of is that he is not easily backed down in the post, and he has fouls to give.
