The sheer size of the chairs is a problem, but the bigger issues are 1) the chairs don't latch to the front of the
...bench, so they slide back to a more comfortable position for the butt/legs seated in them. And that position is terrible for the poor person behind them.
2) the back support angles WAY back, so even though the base of the chair is barely within BYU's specs, the total distance it takes, accounting for the lean is more.
Yes, that guy (and his significant other) were lame. I think "lame" is stating it mildly.

You're probably right. I just hate complete bans that hurt everybody when it's only a small percentage that are
