So BYU should do this: have a number you can text which signals an usher to
come take a photo of the seat. During breaks, these photos get flashed on the big screen with text that says "cheer if this seat should go." And then have a noise meter at the bottom with a line indicating that if the noise gets above that line, the seat has to go. If the crowd makes enough noise, the usher takes the seat away.
