I use my Capital One card for frequent flier miles.
We meet conditions 2 and 3 for sure, but I'm sure we spend more using credit cards rather than a debit card or checks. It's just too easy.

We have gotten a lot of free flights over the years, and we usually use the miles for big family trips. My in-laws took the whole fam on a cruise this summer, and we got all of our flights to New Orleans for 8 of us using ff miles. Even had 98k miles left over. We hadn't used the miles for a few years, so had a nice cache built up. My wife and I previously flew round trip to China to visit my parents using the miles. Personally, ff miles are my favorite credit card perk.

We live in Montana, and Southwest doesn't fly into our airport. The airlines that do come here change frequently, so the Capital One ff flier program, which can be used on any airline work better for us.
