prior to the week of Thanksgiving, if you are out of town on Thanksgiving weekend, but other than that I agree with what you have set forth in your decree.

Good rule except for the Jan 1 date. Jan 6 is the 12th day of Christmas.

I think it should be: Sept-Oct: Halloween. Nov-Dec: Christmas.
