I am all for attacking racist ideas and policies. I am hesitant with any accusation that a person is a racist without prima facie evidence. I also think that supporting an idea that can be construed as racist doesn't make the person a racist. I also think a blantant racism is rare, although unintentional racism is more prevalent. I think education in those situations is more important than blasting somebody or calling somebody out.
