the top team in the country converts 3rd downs at a 56% rate so 6/12 is a pretty great % for us. if we averaged 50% for the year then we would be #5 in the country.

1st and often 2nd downs. Leaving yourself with a 3rd and long on a consistent basis is not a recipe for success.
