How I found out such a shirt existed and no longer does ...
When I was down here for homecoming weekend, my wife actually said she wanted a shirt that said "I'm only here for the Cougartail", as she is not a big sports fan. She mentioned it to the sales clerk, who then informed us there had been a shirt like that, but it had been pulled from the stores.
As I pondered why they would pull the shirt, the light bulb came on. Then the relief that it was my wife that asked about said shirt and not me. Awkward situation avoided.
