I can say the same for most Pac 12 cities. Fandom is small. Fans don't care.

ASU is decreasing the size of its stadium due to attendance issues, Arizona is dealing with the same issue. UCLA games are played in a stadium that is 40 percent full. Oregon gets good attendance, but their stadium is small. The bigger indictment is the TV numbers. You talk about population, but it's ratings that matter, and I guarantee you that those Big 12 schools in small population centers are doing a lot better than the Pac 12 schools in big ones.
