True. Seems difficult for some gurus to understand the objective is team wins
not individual stats.
Having said that, Pomeroy tells us +- is only a reliable stat when viewed over hundreds of games. I don't recall the details of his analysis but i remember his conclusion and that he felt strongly about it.
