Half the current B12 schools wouldn't move the needle if they
weren't already in. TCU, Baylor, Iowa St, WVU, Kansas, and KState. Which one of those schools moves the needle?
Utah didn't move the needle. The PAC desperately wanted a CCG, and desperately tried to get one without having to add Utah. The NCAA said no. The same would have worked for getting BYU into the B12, but then the NCAA finally caved. Of all things that kept BYU out, that was the final nail.
