I'd love to see a scheduling agreement with the PAC, MWC and AAC
2-3 PAC, 3-5 MWC, 2-3 AAC and then see what they can get with B12, B1G, ACC and SEC.
I do like your idea of setting up consistant games with the same teams: Boise State, USU, UU, AZ and maybe a SDSU or UNVL (and/or fellow independent schools NMSU). Bonus games with USC and Stanford to help them with the ND situation (when possible). Then fill out the schedule with other teams.
