I would buy about 10 acres. And with all those kids
I would put an insulated shed on the far end of my property and run internet, power and water out to it. That would become my office and man-cave.
I would look to areas like Richfield, New Harmony, Salina, Wallsburg, etc. Places that are not too far off the beaten path, but not on I-15. I have family in Utah, so I would likely stay in Utah.
