up with when you need a babysitter. Price doesn't much go in to it since few discuss it beforehand (which is again crazy and unlike few jobs except medical which is also stupid). I also find that those who feel they have to pay the highest amount go out the least (because of the cost) so the babysitters have to fill their time with those who pay an average rate.
