It really depends.. I live in Boise and have multiple friends that drive

If you know anything about Boise 90% of people live in Boise or suburbs to the west almost nothing east. So he picks one person up after work everyday in Boise. And 70-80% of the time most of the time he spends in the car is time he would have spent driving west to his house. So even if he is making less than minimum wage it makes sense for him
