WVB is in a much better position then other BYU sports but there could still be
significant differences in compensation and the ability to recruit the best players/athletes from across the country.
Heather has been a great fit at BYU...and she may be the best coach in the sport.
But, BYU would be wise not to let the compensation gap become a motivating factor for her to look elsewhere.
