The data caps will go away.
With enough ISP providers, as long as the govt does the one thing they should do and prevent monopolization, there will be reasonable options. There will always be some providers without data caps and those will grow over time.

I find it interesting that people draw long term conclusions from short term data. It is not honest or accurate.
