He plays ping pong in the Wilkinson Center occasionally. He wears roller blades so he can see over the net and....
carries a card with him that allows him to play tournaments with roller blades due to his being height-challenged. He says he doesn’t really need it, but intra-mural athletics forces him to wear it around his neck so it can be seen at all times.
And I’ve sctually played a round of golf with him. Great guy!!!

I like Wrubell- he's a great broadcaster, and I love all of the obscure stats that he always has ready to go.
