I’m remembering now. Leagues aren’t made up all of one class.
Leagues are typically formed geographically and not by class. And schools move up and down in class year to year based on enrollment.
So one year a league could have four 4A schools and four 3A schools but the next year one of them moves up or down a class.
But playoffs are always by class size. So two schools from the same league can go to different brackets based on their size, not league.
