I'm not sure what your current diet situation is, but
I found that getting into ketosis helped take the edge off. But if you're nowhere near a ketogenic diet, that would present a whole new set of discomforts for you.

often people forget to drink lots of water when they quit. they have headaches because they are dehydrated.
