You're right about it not being a fair fight - but it's certainly in the Cougar's favor. If not so, Cougar hunters
would have a 100% success rate. During the Utah 2016-2017 season, over 1300 Cougar licenses were issued, and only 402 Cougars were harvested. Less than 30% success rate. Why is that.....?
