There’s a great app called Nike training club you can browse by workout type
It’s free and you can search by workout type. It has video segments and steps you through each routine with a timer between the different moves.

They have a variety of stretching routines, yoga and core workouts. For a routine that’s easy on the back and help strengthen it try core 2.0.
