hiking through steep country and in my case pretty deep snow. It was was exhausting. If you focus on the shot, then yes its pretty easy cuz the cougar is usually in a cave or up a tree. But the cougar hunting experience isn't about how hard the shot is.

The other aspect and the best part of chasing mtn lions is the hound dogs. Those things are amazing and they are in heaven doing what they were bred to do.
