Maybe it is time to accept that we just don't have the coaching or strength programs that we need. We can make excuses all we want but heck we had a SR QB that had played a ton this year. He was horrible, and it took forever for the coaches to see that and finally make the change.

Yet everyone also said we don't want to put Wilson in and hurt his confidence and ruin him. He is a D1 athlete, he should be ready to start and play. Tons of other teams have Freshman start or step in and do just fine. Yet somehow at BYU our freshman are too precious to actually do what other teams have them do.

Again did we have a better record than last year, yes, but not much worse you can do than 4-9. Also we are so far behind where we were 3-4 years ago it is really sad that people are now ok with 6 wins in a season.
