it - i.e., other web based tools. Most of the brokerage houses will do the same for you and I wouldn't use them either:

1. Privacy (nothing is "free")
2. Security
3. I wouldn't recommend people look at it so often. Most people can't handle that info well. Looking at it for rebalancing, if you actually do it, would be helpful, but most people don't use it that way, and you don't need to look at it that often to rebalance. You can rebalance without having the full net worth statement.

Bottom line - the risk and the downside outweigh the benefit. You might rethink using the services like these. Web based tools don't work for me either way, because all of my investments aren't web based.
