the D league coach of the year in one of those years. And he has been an assistant with the Jazz for 6 years now, he has also been an assistant for the German national team for the past 3 years.
I would say his coaching career has been pretty successful so far,
Madsen has been an assistant coach in the D league, at Stanford and with the Lakers.
