I saw ID in concert in a fairly small setting at the Final Four last year. I thought it was a fine concert, not awful, with relatively good crowd interaction by the lead singer. However, that's a totally different situation than a huge stadium in a major event.

Maybe the stress got to them, maybe there were technical issues, maybe they just had an off night. or maybe they just "out kicked their coverage" and they aren't up to that kind of that big league setting.
